Charity of the Year - How to apply
Nabarro's London and Sheffield offices each choose one charity to support as their charity of the year. A charity may be retained for one or two years and will be based near one of the two offices.
If you wish to be considered by either London or Sheffield, please provide the following information to Laura Hunt (l.hunt@nabarro.com) by 31 October for an application relating to the following May-April year. Our chosen charity or charities will be picked by early January.
- Specific information on your charity (type, size, location, key events etc).
- A list of items that we could potentially fundraise for. Including an indication of how much we would need to raise to purchase/fund each item.
- Ideas on how we might work together to launch your charity as the charity of the year within the firm. The aim would be to raise awareness and enthusiasm for supporting the charity amongst our employees in our London office.
- Ideas on the type of events or initiatives that we could run in order to raise money for your charity.
- A list of the type of volunteering activities that our employees could be involved in. Each employee has one, paid day a year that they can use to get involved in volunteering or charitable activities.
- How much you have raised in the past three years through corporate sponsors.
- Who your current corporate sponsors are.
