Nabarro associates help Camden school children prepare for the world of work
On 10 June 2010 three associates from Nabarro's corporate, planning and property departments spent the day in Parliament Hill School in Camden, helping year ten students prepare for joining the job market.
The three volunteers lead and participated in group sessions covering CV skills, what to put on an application form and mock interview practice.
Comments from volunteers included: "I enjoyed seeing the students being surprised about how much they could put on their CV already and how they seemed to gain something from the interview" and "It felt like the students were taking a lot away from the sessions and it made you feel like you were actually having an impact on their lives".
