Sheffield office braves hot coals for the TCT
| On 8 April 2009, nineteen staff from Nabarro's Sheffield office took part in a 20 foot fire walk to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. All nineteen made it barefoot across the hot coals, which were burning at 1236 degrees Fahrenheit! The event, organised through Blaze Firewalking, took place at Abbeydale Sports centre and raised nearly £1900 for the TCT based at Weston Park Hospital in Sheffield. Those taking part were Liz Chappell, Rebecca Breen, Keri Watkins, Jenny Whipps, Amy Matthews, Chris Chambers, Noor Butt, Kerry Chapman, Caroline Salathiel, Claire Garrod, Daniel Snedden, Giorgina Reed, Nathan James, Diane Watkinson, Emma McNally, Judi Mayhew, Rebecca Mayhew, Wendy Newton and Pamela Murphy. |
